Independent Living

Our Independent Living Service supports people to live independently in their own home.

The type of support will be flexible and tailored to meet each persons assessed needs. The service can provide support from a few hours upwards.

We offer support to vulnerable adults and people with a variety of needs such as learning disabilities and mental health.
