The main focus of the Tenant Support Team is to help people to learn how to manage in their accommodation so that they are able to manage successfully without the Team's support.

This type of service is known as “floating support” and offers assistance with tasks such as budgeting, bills, benefits, practical help, liaison with other organisations and fulfilling the responsibilities of being a tenant.

We gradually remove support as people become more independent, but support can be re-introduced should the need arise.

The Team supports people living in Newport, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire and Torfaen.
