Our Supported Living Service supports people with a learning disability who live with 2, 3 or 4 other people.

This service operates in the 8 South East Wales local authorities of Caerphilly, Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Staff support is provided 24 hours a day, and the service supports over 120 people.

The type of work we undertake is determined by the individual concerned in consultation with social services, relatives/carers, REACH and other relevant agencies.

We support people to deal with the day to day household tasks we all face, as well as providing help and encouragement with hobbies, interests and employment.
