Are you aware the Law Commission are reviewing all of the laws through which you get services?
Some of the proposed changes and areas they are looking at are;
- getting an assessment
- what should be in care plans
- how carers get help
- types of care and support
- how to give more choice and control
- how to keep people safe
The Law Commission want to know what we think about their ideas and they are coming to talk to us.
