  • Would you like to work with people who need help to live as independently as possible?
  • REACH may have the sort of job you are looking for – support work, administrative work, training and management opportunities

REACH supports people in 9 local authority areas in South East Wales. Most of our job opportunities involve supporting people with learning disabilities to live in ordinary housing – either on their own or in houses in which 3 or 4 people live together.

We also have a Tenant Support Team which supports people to manage in their own homes, and an Extra Care Service in Blackwood which supports older people.

We can offer you a wide range of benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Generous “Final Salary” pension scheme
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Good conditions of service
  • Training and development opportunities through our in house NVQ Assessment Team and through external opportunities
  • Good opportunities for career progression
  • Regular support and supervision

BUT more than this we can offer you something which good pay and conditions of service cannot buy
