Extra Care Service
This service is based at an Extra Care scheme in Blackwood which comprises 42 flats and a range of communal facilities. It enables older people to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible whilst having the sense of security and comfort which comes from knowing that on site support is available 24 hours a day.
