REACH Supported Living ("REACH") is a not-for-profit organisation which has been providing support services in South East Wales since 1988.

We are registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW) and as an Accredited Support Provider with the Welsh Assembly Government.

REACH supports people in their own homes, so that they can lead the lives they choose as independently as possible.

We work with people who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems. REACH also provides care and support services to older people.

We currently work in 9 local authorities - Caerphilly, Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent, Powys, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

We have a branch office in Abergavenny which is open to the public for recruitment and other enquiries.

We also have offices for staff use in Blackwood, Cardiff and Barry.
