REACH Supported Living ("REACH") is a not-for-profit organisation which has been providing support services in South East Wales since 1988.

We are registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency with the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSIW) and as an Accredited Support Provider with the Welsh Assembly Government.

REACH supports people in their own homes, so that they can live as independently as possible.

We work with people who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health problems. REACH also provides care and support services to older people.

We currently work in 7 local authorities - Caerphilly, Newport, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Blaenau Gwent, Powys and Rhondda Cynon Taf.

REACH (Supported Living) is pleased to have been chosen as a prospective partner of Cardiff Council to provide services for people with learning disabilities. We will be working with the Council over the next few weeks to discuss transitional arrangements.
